By accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using the bonusph website located at bonusph.net and any associated mobile or desktop platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional guidelines, rules, or policies that bonusph may publish from time to time in connection with specific games, promotions, or services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bonusph Platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open and maintain an account with bonusph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

bonusph reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility — including a copy of a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, SSS, GSIS, or PRC ID) — at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the bonusph Platform at any given time. The opening of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the termination of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your bonusph Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• All activity that occurs under your bonusph account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify bonusph support immediately via live chat.

All financial transactions on the bonusph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). bonusph does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply foreign exchange conversions to any player account.

Deposits:

• Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Additional payment channels may be added at bonusph's discretion and will be announced on the Platform.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to the bonusph account within minutes of confirmed payment. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. bonusph reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the player's own name. bonusph does not accept third-party deposits.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by bonusph's payments team following identity verification.

bonusph may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to players ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time of offer. By claiming any Promotion, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that Promotion in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the individual Promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the Promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in a bonusph account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the wagering requirements applicable to that deposit.
• Promotional Abuse: bonusph employs sophisticated fraud detection systems. Any player found to be exploiting bonus terms — including through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other players, or systematic manipulation of game outcomes — will have their bonus cancelled, their account suspended, and any related winnings forfeited.
• Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions: bonusph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active bonuses at the time of a promotion change will be notified via their registered contact details.

All games available on the bonusph Platform — including live dealer games, video slots, fishing arcade titles such as Caishen Fishing and Fierce Fishing, bingo rooms, and sports betting markets — use certified random number generation (RNG) or live streaming technology. Each game's return-to-player (RTP) percentage is independently verified and audited.

By participating in any game on the bonusph Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players is strictly prohibited.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bonusph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Opening or using more than one bonusph account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other process.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment methods to fund a bonusph account.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any financial crime in connection with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game, particularly in live poker, live dealer games, or sports betting pools.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bonusph account holders, free of charge, at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately upon saving and cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days following any increase request.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bonusph Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any bonusph content without prior written consent.
• Use bonusph's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bonusph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill — arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the bonusph Platform or any game thereon.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the bonusph Platform or any specific game or service, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any technical errors, bugs, server downtime, or connectivity issues affecting your gaming session.
• Any decisions you make in connection with your use of the bonusph Platform, including gaming decisions and financial decisions relating to deposits or withdrawals.

bonusph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform — regardless of the form of action — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bonusph account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bonusph's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

bonusph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bonusph determines — in its sole and reasonable discretion — that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or if bonusph is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory order.

You may close your bonusph account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure:

• Any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations) will be returned to your registered payment method.
• Any active bonus funds will be cancelled and forfeited.
• Your account history will be retained by bonusph for the period required by Philippine anti-money laundering and gaming regulations.

In cases where termination is initiated by bonusph due to a Terms violation or suspected fraud, bonusph reserves the right to withhold any or all funds pending the outcome of an investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in their entirety.

When material changes are made, bonusph will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the updated Terms take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory instruction.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your bonusph account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your bonusph account, or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
